    My back has been really tight this week (got to be something with how I'm sleeping). That being the case I decided for my 1+ on DL's today that I would just cut it at 3 reps no matter what.

    Don't know the brand. It's a double pillow top mattress that's about 10 years old. Too soft for me, need something a lil more stiff (that's what she said).
