Strong last few sessions Brandon. Bench, Squats and Behind the Back Shrugs really stand out - great strength. Do you do your shrugs on a smith machine or are you free standing?

Push day today, 7th day in a row I've hit the weights. Strength feels good still despite the higher workloads but will likely take tomorrow off. Dropped the weight some today but only b/c I focused on slower, controlled negatives and they took a bunch out of me. It's nice going heavy and explosive, but tension is also important and I feel I miss out on the negatives a lot. I forgot my numbers so will update that later!

Was going to take today off but I said f it. It sounds stupid, but I feel "bigger" since going with this more frequent training routine. Haven't felt run down at all yet which is also good. Decided to do deads for the first time in about 2 weeks. I also went back to sumo style. I didn't want to over do it b/c it'd been awhile so kept to low reps. I don't know what it is but sumo just kills my right knee so I won't be doing them anymore haha. Below is another tension based workout (slow negatives).
