That would get incredibly boring, no? On the upside, you'd have great eyesight from all the lutein.

How about tuna? Or cottage cheese? They're both cheap.

One large egg has about 213mg of cholesterol all inside the yolk. For the average person, probably not in training, the limit is about 300mg of cholesterol.

Eating 12 eggs and lets say their medium-sized(150mg cholesterol each), will give you a total of 1800mg cholesterol.

A High cholesterol diet = High blood cholesterol = (eventually) heart attack

Eating the egg whites alone would be much safer but I still believe 12 eggs a day is way too much as the protein should come from varied sources.

    Invest in a protein shake.

    live fast die pretty?

dozen eggs a day does get boring fast, you should have other things to form your diet. include peanutbutter, oatmeal, milk, hamburger, tuna, etc. you will be more likely to cheat if you hate the food you eat.

I've read somewhere... that it's ok to eat whole eggs with the yolk. In fact it contains 60% of the protein and all the vitamins. The cholestrol is "good cholestrol" and as long as you work out hard and do cardio occasionally, it's ok to eat whole eggs.

Just sharing what I read... In fact read it in bb.com's forum... will try to find the thread and articles..

thanks ,I know the fat in egg yolk is good cholesterol but the thing I concern about is there're ~2000mg in 12 whole eggs and even for good cholesterol, is it too much?

When I was on keto last year, my breakfast alone was 8 fried eggs. I'd usually have upwards of two dozen a day, they were the staple of my diet. OP if you like them, and can fit the macros in, why not?

Unfortunately, your statement doesn't make sense either.*

    * Hint: Cholesterol is a waxy steroid of fat. Table salt is composed primarily of sodium chloride and proteins are polymer chains composed of amino acids.

Any chance you can get a printed record from the doc, scan it, and post?
