I definitely have gotten some growth out of it, mainly in my arms and shoulders. The GVT yesterday was just spur of the moment, I haven't been doing that consistently.
My CGBP is slightly less than shoulder width, index finger on the smooth part of the bar.There is no need to be upset

Have you ever tried going wide-grip on the BB curls (hands out wider than your elbows)?
