Meaning, we observe a plant extract/yeast/bacteria does X to cancer cells. We find the agent responsible... we use the molecule or make a better one with higher affinity and potency. We can predict the pharmacodynamics and therapeutic window a lot better with a synthetic agent then a plant abstract we just dump in your body that has the potential to alter gene expression of your natural metabolism proteins (CYP450). bad news brahs, got the results from my recent scan and my oncologist didn't even wait until i had sat down to say hes booked me in for chemotherapy first thing tomorrow. he's switching me from folfox (which was no longer working) to folfiri as a sort of last ditch effort. fukker couldn't even delay it a week so i could enjoy new years with my mates but oh well **** happens i guess. everyone following this thread stay safe and please get yucky on my behalf. yours truly
