    Starting strength or allpro's workout?

    Which workout do you think is better for me SS or all pros workout and why, thanks in advance

    Ok I have a question about SS as well, can I do cardio and abs with SS on my rest days ?

    You will be able to early on, but if you plan on running the workout properly, you're not going to want to later on as the weight will be too heavy to progress from workout to workout let alone adding external movement to the workout.

    On the SS sample workout, his warm-up is some ab work and I believe he says if you are going to do cardio, do it after your lifts or off days.
