What was your routine like?
Your only as powerful as what drives you. Is it anger? rage? remorse? filling the void with something? displaying a work of art? your zen-relaxation? Are you proving something to yourself? Trying to forget something? Doing it to GET a girl? Doing it to help others? Pushing yourself just to find your limits? An OCD compulsion to constantly improve? Somethings are better power sources than others depending on your own psychology. I have my own, you'll find yours. Thats the hardest part. -Dk

Cutting progress is slow, but my primary goal is maintaining muscle mass so I'm pretty much at 1.5lb/week. Cutting for 12 weeks now... any tips?[/QUOTE]
Good mass definitely. I think another 5 - 10 lbs of fat and you will look amazing. Ive been carb cycling and have been keeping as much mass as I can. I am down to 172 from 190. Its been going really well. Not sure I have as much mass as u though. I got stuck around 10% bf so I started adding in spin class which is 1hr cardio about 2 times a week...

been training for less than 1.5 years. Looking to hit 170ish, maybe 165 if I'm not lean enough at 170.

looking good bro. You are similar to me. I'm 5'9" 198lbs (now 196) and I'm starting to cut like you. Although, I think i have more fat and you have more mass.
I think you look good and I'm hoping my cut will be as successful as yours. Repped.

I'll be honest I am jelouse. I know you put a lot of hard work in it and you deserve it. Just curious, what is your diet? on "ON" season and "OFF" season.
And, keep on the good work, you look great!

My diet is pretty much the same bulking and cutting just smaller portions and I cut the milk when I start cutting. A lot of oats, whey, steak, quinoa, chicken, sweet potatoes, greek yogurt.
Any guesses on bf?
