Workout Notes: Slightly off workout today developed a headache after dips I thought I would be able to do 70 for reps but that didn't happen and then had a throbbing headache when I got home but still increased on some lifts but others stayed the same. After being home for two hours headache went away. I did not sleep well last night and ate poorly and I believe my lifts reflected that.

Workout Notes: GREAT WORKOUT. It's good to be back after taking that week off and done with the MCAT. During the week off I did play Basketball once and ran twice while doing some HIIT. I changed up today's routine to add less volume and add a dropset after each of these sets and used explosive speed reps. The working set is done going very slow on each rep but needless to say crazy pumps in my triceps especially during seated overhead extensions.

Workout Notes: Last workout of the log. Will be uploading pictures sometime this week. Excellent workout, again I did dropsets on everything and only recorded my slow failure sets. Biceps were very pumped and could feel a nice pump in lats as well. Chest and Triceps are also still very sore from two days ago. Thanks for everyone who followed along in this log.*

Weight has gone up 5lbs in this time I am now at 164lbs. I was very happy with the results from this log and I feel that I have put on some size and all my lifts have gone up as well despite some minor setbacks in the log. Would recommend Pump-Bol to anyone who is looking for a stimulant free pre-workout to use.*
