I've gotta go with the Wolv on this one, Heavy Metal. Of course this does depend on you a little. If you don't like metal, and your up there trying to pose to it, it'll probably seem a little akward. But judging from the poll, you definantly gotta incorpirate an electric guitar, be it rock or metal.

I like ska but I can't work out to it. I listen to metal for pumping up. I once tried listening to Toots and the Maytals...it didn't work.
