all top level pros eat many many times per day. Name one pro who eats 3 meals a day. Not saying it can't be done, but it comes down to personal preference. I'd much rather eat 6-7 meals a day (this includes shakes) than 3 times

How does he expect one to believe he is natty when he dosen't have a clue concerning the basics of nutrition in regards to body composition.

I have considered gear myself but haven't. If I do I'm not going to lie to anyone about it I don't see any reason to.

Looks better than my diet. And I always laugh when people talk crap about meal numbers. I only eat 5 now, because I am hungry 5 times a day. But always made amazing gains eating 7 or even 8 meals a day. If you are trying to gain size it works amazing to keep yourself full all day. I am sure you can gain size with 3 meals as well, but you cant argue with how many people that eat 7 times a day a get great results from it.
