So ive been lifting for about 1.5 years now, but my lifts didnt seem to progress much, although i became more defined, anyways, so i switched to rippetoes 2 months ago, my lifts have gone up quite abit;
Before................Current
Bench - 60lbs (3x5) 125lbs (3x5)
Squat - 50lbs (3x5) 140lbs (3x5)
Deadlift - 90lbs (3x5) 170lbs (3x5)
I know my lifts are still weak, but im just wondering if i should stop rippetoes SS and go back to a workout with more excersises that are not just compound movements.
My main goal is to gain size.
