Thinking about trying out OT for the first time. Serving size being 6, I was curious how many people dose 4 or even 3 instead of the full 6. Thanks.

As said above all 6 is best, Sometimes I don't remember to bring 2 with me when I work so I only get 4 in and I can actually feel a difference.

Take all 6 and spread em out. I only take it on off days though. I take Pak and Flex on workout days.

all 6 is best! I just moved and cannot afford more so I am only using 3 a day for the next two weeks until I can get more and I can definitely feel the difference! 6 is freakin great!

but recently reaquired some ZMA
dropped to 3 OT pills only in the morning, because I wasn't feeling anything from the ZMA

Seems like people just keep asking this question and I just don't get it...
It is dosed at 6xDay for a reason. If you don't want to take 6 or can't afford it, buy a different multi dosed at 2x or buy one cheaper.
