    Post 2:1:1 Recovery (Optimum Nutrition)

I have a question about 2:1:1 Recovery, anybody try it. Another question I have, can I take it with Hydro Builder?

This is what I am taking. CGT10, Hydro Builder, Casein, and Multivitamin. All products by Optimum Nutrition. I take CGT10 before, Hydro Builder after, and Casein before I got to bed.

If I take 2:1:1 Recovery, Im a taking too much protein after? Hydro Builder is 30 grams, and 2:1:1 Recovery is 35 grams of protein.

    Any suggestions?

2:1:1 was the best tasting optimum product I ever tried, good formula at good price too. No need to be stacking their entire line like that though lol.

Dont take both CGT and Hydro, one or the other

No reason for 2:1:1 and hydrobuilder, one or the other

    No reason for Casein

Not crazy about the Casein. Took it for awhile & didn't notice a great improvement. I do better with Whey based shakes.
