thank you for all the responses, i really appreciate it a lot, any input and feedback i can get always goes a long way...
ive tried a bunch of creatines in the past...way back i used cell tech, ive used pure monohydrate, green magnitude (which is a good one imo), bodyforge, just to name a few...green magnitude and bodyforge were my 2 favs...i felt leaner and less bloat on bodyforge then GM, but had better strength gains on GM...
i have never tried any of the creatine capsules, i know there is a debate as to how effective they are vs the powder form? some ppl swear by them, others think powder is better...are the kre-alk creatines all in pill form?
never tried the MAN line, but ive heard good things from them, so clout or orotine are possibilities...c-bol i had never heard of ill have to give that a read...
con-cret i have heard good things about, how does it compare to say a green magnitude or is it totally different?
thanks again everyone this really does help!!

+3 Con-Cret.
Search for Con-Cret on ********... that's all I'm gonna say so I don't get negged to hell.
Requires less hydration than mono. No bloat or GI issues.
It should be said though, that if you're getting GI issues from mono, make sure you first dissolve it fully. About 16oz water for 5g creatine. Helps some people.
I bought more Con-Cret because I found a good deal.IamJons Awesome workout log:

I do not absorb mono properly. I need 10 grams minimum per day to get the desired effects, but with that comes horrible stomach issues. This is not uncommon unfortunately.

It IS 99.8% highest quality CM yes! You are right! However, the chemical reaction that takes place as it is manufactured, which raises the PH to a more optimal level for proper absorption (for some of us anyway), changes the whole game entirely. Now I can use 1.5 to 3 grams per day and realize all the amazing benefits of CM without side effects!
