i wear DCs, with AND1 shorts and a baggy nike shirt that says "live strong".
plus i am "compound lifts only guy".

ive seen nobody in my gym deadlift (period) OR legpress more than me. which is pretty sad.

im a lil bit of starebro too.

I'm the guy who walks in with a mission, accomplishes the mission and leaves.

I don't know anyone, and I don't talk to anyone. I get in, literally go straight to the weights, do my thing, and then leave.

That being said, i'm not really proud of that and i'm slowly changing. The gym is a good place to make friends and meet girls because you already have a lot in common right off the bat.

I'm trying to change this by no longer wearing ear buds when lifting and i've already made friends with a few of the trainers there just by making small talk. I'm slowly becoming that "friendly regular gym guy who knows everyone" which is better then being a foreveralone mysterious guy.
