Received a sample of Noxivol and tried it out today. I was pretty disappointed as the pumps were only slightly better than without. Was thinking about trying Yok3d but I'm not even sure if nitric oxide products even benefit you. Can anyone clarify?

I've used most of my bottle. It is OK. There are probably cheaper nitrate options out there (aps creatine nitrate, cbol). I'm not a huge responder to nitrates like some people -- I find them useful but underwhelming. For pumps Ara works real well, as does ashwagandha (for me anyways). Agmatine is solid but even pricier than nitrates and seems a bit hit or miss.

Cool, I'll check out the products you guy's mentioned. Anyone know of any research that backs nitric oxide products? There is some broscience behind pumps being beneficial but I lean toward the crowd that say they are basically useless and sort of give a slightly higher aesthetic look for a short duration.
