    Critique my routine please (Home workout)

    Hi all, Please would someone check through my routine and see if it's any good, also maybe suggest alternatives/additions would be appreciated.

    Monday:
    Burpee Push Up Pyramid 3 sets 8,6,4,2 reps
    Standing Tubing Chest Press 4 sets 12 reps
    Side Laterals 3 sets 12 reps
    Standing DB Row and Kickback 3 sets 12 reps
    Tubing Tricep Push Aways 3 sets 12 reps

    Tuesday:
    1. V-Up Russian Twist (to failure)
    2. 3 Minutes of nonstop shadow/heavybag boxing
    3. Ball Passes (to failure)
    4. 3 Minutes of nonstop shadow/heavybag boxing
    5. Heels to the Heavens (to failure)
    6. 3 Minutes of nonstop shadow/heavybag boxing

    Wednesday:
    Single Leg Squat w/ Rot. 3 sets 12 reps
    Step Up Thrusts 3 sets 12 reps each leg
    DB Swing 4 sets 15 reps
    Slick Floor Bridge Curls 3 sets 15 reps
    Canoes 3 sets to failure

    Thursday:
    1. Crossovers 4x60 secs
    2. Side to Side double hops 4x30 secs
    3. Crossovers 4x60secs

    Friday:
    Pullups 4 sets to failure
    DB Renegade Row 3 sets 12 reps each arm
    DB Fielder Curls 4 sets 12 reps
    Standing Tubing Biceps Curls 3 sets 30 reps
    Starfish Crunches 3 sets to failure with 30 sec rest
