These are the ones I eat. 30g of protein per bar. Not sure what you consider low fat, but they have 9g per bar, 6g of it saturated. Also pretty high in carbs. Not something I'd recommend for dieting, but they taste awesome and are great for bulking.
I don't really care for the Almond Fudge, but the other two are about the best protein bars I've tasted.

There is a bodyspace member, Shannan (http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/shannan), who created a brand of protein bars called QuestBar. They are low in saturated fat.
I have not tried them, yet, but from the recipes on her blog she is all about adding taste to nutritional meals. (Made a few involving broccoli that were really good, but that's probably because I love broccoli.)
Just thought I'd throw that one out there.
Can't think of others low in saturated fat off the top of my head. If you want to know of a handful with a ton of sugar and taste like candy, I got you covered!Hums the theme to Superman during planks and LYTPs. Now that you've read this, you will too.
All right boys, now watch how this is done. The key is to put it all in your groin and your back.
Take your legs totally out of the equation. Lift with your lower back in a jerking, twisting motion.

fat is bad for you if your on a carb diet in terms that the carbs and fat mixed together promotes fat storage, however, if your on a keto diet(fat diet) then you must remove carbs from your diet and eat fats as a source of energy then the fats are good for you. but this forum is a carbs type diet forum so fats is bad for you in that sense/respect.
