Hi, this is my first post on here, although I have ordered from here online in the past. I'll be honest, my goal is to get ripped by the time I go on Vacation in 52 Days. I know it doesn't seem like much, but I am not that fat, and already have been lifting for a while.
I dont really know where to start, I'm going to the gym almost everyday (obv. not lifting the same muscle groups daily) and doing HIIT workouts everyday, with 1 or 2 off days. Right now, I am 170 lbs, 6'1, and have a little over 50 days to get abs. I need help on knowing what foods to cut out of my diet, and what workouts to do. Thanks in advance.

My diet is never the same. But lately, I've usually been having something like:
Breakfast:
Honey Nut Cheerios
Glass of OJ
Lunch:
Sandwich (usually PB&J)
Granola Bar
Fruit
Dinner:
Sometimes pasta, varies a lot
Snacks:
Chex Mix
Propel
Whatever I have around
I realized lately, that I literally have next to no protein, which sucks. I'm probably going to have eggs almost every day now, and chicken for dinner. Of course though, I am having protein shakes.

And yes your diet looks like ****, stick to more whole foods with more protein...
get rid of the OJ, and eat real fruits.
