    Weird popping (situps/leg raises)

Hey all, hoping you might be able to help me figure out what's going on.

Whenever I do situps or lying leg raises, I get a weird, painless but uncomfortable pop around what feels like my right glute area. I've ****ed my left SI joint in the past, but I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it, especially since it's the other side.

    Anyone have any ideas?

I suffer from the same thing. For me its a painless adjustment to the hip sockets when I do the same. Not sure how true it is but I believe Chad Ikei says if it joint adjustments don't hurt then don't worry about it. Just make sure that you stay on top of your flexibility with proper stretching.
