I buy a hole [Pre-cooked] chicken and on the nutrition information it says it contains 53.3g of protein per serving and that there is 6-7 servings.
53.3 x 6 = 319.8g of protein
I decided to weigh the chicken meat [skinnless/boneless] and all up it was bang on 1 pound.
1 pound [16oz] does not = 319g of protein. Does it?
How much protein is it really?
