I am about to start a "staggered Carb". What this is, is depending on your weight you will start out taking your "low" carb amount for 4 days, then immediatley following those 4 days, the next 8 will be your "high" carb intake days. During this time you're taking the same amount of protein as you normally would. Just wanted to see if anyone has tried this and what their thoughts were on it. -thanks
