Actually in the original posters defense, the Biggest Loser contestants weight loss is over a 5 month period. One of the larger contestants lost 166 pounds within that time period and looked like a completely different person..
BTW, To the OP, your pics are amazing and an inspiration! I am finally getting my crap together and hitting the gym daily again, so hopefully I can post in the Fat to Fit thread in the near futureGoal = Get my body weight down to 205 pounds

1 Year Today!!!!
I can't believe its been a full year since I started living a better lifestyle. I have accomplished so much and yet I know I have so much more to do.
I have kept all of my weight off and I do not even look like the same person I did one year ago. I am 7 weeks into training for my first Marathon(all 26.2 miles), and have exceeded some of my goals even through training.
I wanted to do some more competitive body building, however I got myself an umbilical hernia and I looked at that as a sign that at 38 years young, I need to focus on something else other than lifting small trucks
I have been working as a personal trainer since June, heck why not right? I got myself together, why not help others improve their lives as well!
I know I have said it before, thanks BB.com, for the support and knowledge you have provided me over the past year! It really has been life changing!
Most current image I have....trying to get leaner for this Marathon, no easy task!
Warmest Regards,
ChuckA goal without a vision is nothing more than a dream!~me~
