    Does dipping tobacco afect muscle growth? Yes it's a bad habit I know.

    felt so crazy
    we were in PE and i took a big fat one and i just had to srsly lay down on the bench just to figure out whats going on

    it's good for a calming focus effect when lifting. I used to chew all the time at track meets for this reason.
