haven't posted since like Tuesday or Monday or something but i went to the Manchester United vs. New England Revolution match on Wednesday.

it was a decent match. no goals in the first half (we missed half of the first half anyways looking for parking) but the 2nd half was entertaining with 5 goals (4 for United and 1 for NERevolution). it was nice to see that the crowd cheered harder for the NERevolution when they scored then when United scored...from a standpoint of the progression of the sport in the US. also New England had a loud as **** supporters club section which was surprisingly impressive.

a lot of United players were there aside from Rooney, Chicharito, Evra, Valencia, and Vidic. United looked terrible and will almost certainly be relegated next season. also, Ryan Giggs was subbed on late but he quickly wandered off the field to the first row of stands and started eating out some fat chick who was eating nachos with cheese whiz all while Giggs' wife was yelling "its okay! i still want to be with you!"

oh, and i wore an Arsenal (Arshavin 23) shirt there. almost everyone there was wearing United jerseys. i few people yelled stuff about Arsenal and Arshavin being **** but it was all light hearted...nothing like that poor kid wearing a United jersey at a Liverpool match on foreign ground lulz

He was obviously throwing out a stupid figure saying he's not for sale. Once they get a decent offer and the player gets his head turned towards a big club its a different story. You could probably get him for around 20-25m

Personally think next years title is utd's again and don't think chelsea will be able to compete unless they make some heavy signings.

Nice - was disapoint when the schedule for the world soccer challenge or w/e the **** it's called came out and their was nothing better nearer to Toronto.

it's not like they were playing for anything that season anyway. think they finished 10th.

i would have cared if he flopped - but hes not. hes become one of (if not the) best defensive mids in the prem, and one of the primary reasons why we have such an amazing defensive record last season.

Aquilani with an amazing second half against Malaysia XI, makes the henderson signing more baffling to be honest when you have someone like him playing that well, had a hand in all 5 goals scored, liverpools defending a joke......again on this tour, 89,000 fans turned out, holy crap
