    should i feel guilty?

    i am currently cutting. i know how to eat, i do interval training/cardio daily. but today i had grilled chicken on a whole wheat flax seed wrap with salad w/ fat free vinaigrette. i feel guilty, like the wrap was too much carbs? im guessing calorie wise it was probably only about 300 calories or less. i just feel guilty. should i? can i eat one daily if i want? it was really good, and i feel satisfied. thanks bros.

    This. The bros that keep spouting the nonsense about carbs being the worst thing on earth should all be rounded up and soundly horsewhipped. I'm eating ~150 grams of carbs a day and I seem to be losing weight just fine.
