i am currently cutting. i know how to eat, i do interval training/cardio daily. but today i had grilled chicken on a whole wheat flax seed wrap with salad w/ fat free vinaigrette. i feel guilty, like the wrap was too much carbs? im guessing calorie wise it was probably only about 300 calories or less. i just feel guilty. should i? can i eat one daily if i want? it was really good, and i feel satisfied. thanks bros.
