Calorie Deficit + Heavy Lifting = xx amount of energy

I found this interesting with my body.

USUALLY, one who has a medium to large deficit and lifts frequently would see a decrease in energy levels.
I, however, have a higher energy level. My deficit is about 800-1200 (Maitenance is about 2400 and I usually eat anywhere between 1000-1600 a day.
I lift 5 days a week, and I pump like CRAZY every session. I actually never get tired, i feel more energetic once I'm in the gym. To top that off, I even play an hour or two of basketball after that depending on how sore I am.

    I love it
