I'm currently on creatine and whey protein that is it but I want to know if I should get on some other supplements any recommendation

i use protien usn igf-1 very low in carbs and high in protien. Its only 202 cals per serving. Started using 1mr as a "get me to the gym" supp on days that im working. You will train like a mad man on that stuff! Nitrix seems to help get that pump and tou wont be in as much pain the next day. Also tried Xendra cut when i 1st wanted to shed, and it does work but boy does it effect my mood but was burning fat like mad.

In general, legal supplements won't do anything special for you; illegal ones come with potential jail time, cost a boatload, and have a laundry list of side effects.
Proper diet and exercise - it really is that simple; it's shocking how people want to think there's some magic silver bullet out there.
Don't waste your money.
