I'm currently 10 weeks into my 20 week AIT. I'm working on staying lean an shredded. We eat 3 times a day. 12pm 6pm and 1am due to night classes. We have pt about 4-5 days a week which is really easy. I get 2 hours of personal time which I try to go to the gym but it's difficult because we have room inspections and briefs all the time. Any opinion on to how to manage my diet? I'm 6 ft 205 llbs 19%bf. anything I should do before bed or supplements to try.
Also, 3 weeks ago i had a AC joint separation stage 2. But I've been taking animal flex and doing heat therapy for it.
