    Supplement timing throughout the day?

I just started using Carnitine, but I'm not sure on the timing. Morning, after workout, during the day...not sure. I wanted to know how other users time all of their supplements, Protein whey, Glutamine, arginine, vitamine B, Vitamin C, BCAAs, multi-vitamins, Omega 3s, and whatever else people may be taking. I break my day down as such: Morning (soon as I wake up), during the day (Lunch and pre lunch snack), Before workout (anything 45 minutes to immediately before my workout) and Post Workout (immediately after my workout until I go to sleep) I also was wondering how the supplement timing changes during cutting phases, and phases when you pack on weight and muscle?

Timing is of irrelevance and most of those supplements are a large waste of money.

    From wiki.

"Snake oil is a traditional Chinese medicine made from the Chinese Water Snake (Enhydris chinensis), which is used to treat joint pain. However, the most common usage of the phrase is as a derogatory term for quack medicine. The expression is also applied metaphorically to any product with exaggerated marketing but questionable and/or unverifiable quality or benefit."

I mix it up a bit but a general example would be:

Morning WIP protein shake + multi vitamin

    Mid morning Joint Supplement

    Joint Supplement after lunch

BCAA tabs if doing weights late afternoon/early evening

    Joint Supplement after dinner

I do have to disagree with you there, I definitely have more stamina using pre workout supplements than I do if I don't also, My recovery time is much shorter with BCAA and Glutamine. And I'm asking: you don't even believe in protein whey? I will admit about 90% of the crap on the market doesn't work or hugely over states their benefits. I don't know about carnitine, they say it supports the liver and kidneys also boosts energy, and I researched it has some pretty credible state funded laboratory (not industry) research behind it. But I'm not sure if it works or if I will be wasting $20 a month. But I will say supplements aren't for everyone, some people's body don't respond to them, they make some people nauseated. I personally do suggest them if you're willing to go through some trial and error, and do some research
