    Did work tonight... didn't get 385 deads but it's been like 5 weeks I think maybe 6 since I last did them. Still got up 365 for reps though.

    Killed the other parts...

    Again I'm slacking on the logging per say but just letting you guys know what's up haha.

    Was doing 90 lbs should presses with the twist at the bottom... probably could have gone 95's

    Over all the killed it... I'm sore as a mother ****er though.. legs... back.. abs.. haha.. ****.

    Legs don't feel tooo bad *knock on wood* sure they will tighten up tonight haha.

    Totally took a nap after the gym haha...

    BUT

    Good news.. busted out 100's on incline DB bench... and not just 1 set.. but decided why not just do all three sets at 100x6 :P so I did.

    Good ****.. went up a little on flat bench too but just 5 lbs haha.

    So... kind of a weak day for me... went in smashed the first half of my work out... but then came to deads and got 385x1... 365x4 and finished with just 315x7

    That's weak for me since I was repping out 385x5-6 6 weeks ago...
    Amazing how not doing a movement like that for a few weeks can just kill the weight you can use.

    Crazy sir... crazy...

    Oh well working on rebuilding it

    Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

    Thanks... that was a screw around and play with plating day...

    I like the cheese cake but should have stopped on the Choc cake while I was ahead haha.
    I fixed it up a bit after that pic but it was a little too much when I added the syrups to the fruit and all that jazz haha.

    Went in and made up for yesterday...

    started with DB shoulder presses and went with 90lbs db'sx6... 95x6 and 90x6

    Had to get a kid spot me the 90 on the last one couldn't toss them up but wasn't going under 90... **** that!

    :P smashed the rest of it just as hard but eh it's up and downs in some area's.
    I'm training and listening to my muscles right now so while I like picking a number...
    it's not always going to be that way... as long as I'm working it and it's being pushed then I'm golden

    lawl forget the other thread totally forgot I changed the name of this one... So yeah... been out of the loop for a while now.
    Some people might have wondered what was going on... So decided why not post a little bout the last couple of weeks.

    First off everything was getting stressful but manageable. I was still holding on tightly to the string of hope lol.
    Then out of the blue work cuts me. My car won't pass inspection because the damn computer sensors won't recheck some things.
    No damn errors just waiting to update :| So the money I did have saved up for a dooms day is quickly being eaten up.

    Now... for the pro's... I've kicked ass in school. Just passed the CaC (Cuisine across Cultures) class and the 3 days practicle we had (cooking)
    I scored the highest out of all the classes. Like a ****ing boss.

    I've been dragging ass and I'm going to flip it back around and hit the gym starting Monday, but there is going to be a twist to that.

    I've decided that rather then constantly lifting to get big as **** and all that jazz which I LOVE don't get me wrong but I'm going to focus on health.
    Going to throw a lot more cardio in and do a lot more Body Weight kind of exercises. The goal is that when I'm done with school and settled down
    with a steady job I'm going to hit up some MMA. So I'm going to use the next few months as a conditioning.

    I've wanted to do MMA for a while now but decided that it wasn't the best option while doing school and investing a ass load of money in it lol.
    I've only got a few more months in school so once I'm out I can finally get into MMA.
