Holy arms batman!! And everything else obviously, but I didn't realise how well developed his arms are.
Hopefully this will give hope to people who want to stay natural, without having to think they must resort to drugs to achieve an incredible physique. Though 'incredible' is a matter of perspective, I guessDon't take your guns to town

I said this to maybe 5 people last night after watching the pre judging video LOL. Dudes transitions and most of the poses he hits are overly awkward.
JEFF HE NEEDS YO HELP ASAP!
Grats to Panex...that's nuts. If I remember correctly he left the WNBF due to a loss to Cordova which turned into a few IFPA Pro wins.....then an IFBB pro card, dayum, props glore. That is nuts.www.youtube.com/flexxinator

clarida looked bomb
not really seeing how j-rod lost
VS
one of his stronger poses but only thing i really see he got beat in was crab MM and that is pretty much due to how he displayed it. his front relaxed he got beat in because he didnt really bring his arms up or flare that hard. didnt lean back enough/roll shoulders forward on his RLS so got out-posed but not outmassed in his RLS IMO, just basing that off of how awesome his front latspread looked

j rod: http://pics.musculardevelopment.com/...eventcode=1462
not a fan of his posing either, needs some work and it looks too much like a routine rather than holding mandatories
his crab MM looks pretty awkward in this pic
was reading this thread: http://forums.rxmuscle.com/showthread.php?t=396
dude has some really awkward prep protocol, cuts water from like 5gallons a day to something like 3gallons the day before a show and drops a bunch of water weight
not sure if its still like that since the thread is old and he didnt really update his blog too much this year
regardless, one of my favorite physiques/bbers, would be cool to see him in the ifpa or wnbf thoughLast edited by xKyle10; 07-09-2011 at 09:46 PM.

He used Laynes peak week methods this year...no crazy water manipulation.
His offseason pictures are taken with very favorable lighting...stage shots are always pretty humbling. I don't believe he's losing any substantial mass.
IMO as great as Jeff looked, Deslorieux was better. His conditioning was nearly as good as JRods and he was significantly thicker. Close call but I definitely agree with the decision.

I can't be the only one who hates how he hits the front double bi....I mean, we get it J-rod, you have great shape. You don't have to stretch out like stretch armstrong to show it off, I think it just makes him look small.
