i know what everyone says, eat eat eat..but i do that and then ill get sick for a few days and my metabolism just drops the weight, its rediculous. Im 6'0 155 and can bench 220 and squat 330, not bad numbers..however i want to get to at least 175. Whats a good workout for size? What supplements should i take? and how should i form my diet?

If it really is as fast as u say it is do what I did.
Eat EVERYTHING, I'm taking 5k cals, as long as u eat atleast 200g of protein in those 5k u will gain.
That's I did , went from 135 to 165-170.
You might gain some fat but who cares u can be big and cut later.
Or u can just eat 5k cals of clean food which will be better but extremely hard.
If ur up for it go for clean but dirty will maximize ur results
