Stronglifts 5x5: BB Rows/Dips OR Inverted rows/push ups?

Which one does he currently recommend and which is preferred?

It's easier to add weight to BB Rows and Dips, so progression is accommodated more readily.

BB Rows should be performed alongside BB Bench, since they are antagonistic movements.

    Don't over-think it.

Not over-thinking it, just want to clarify what the creator of the program recommends. I found one of his ebooks online that recommends inverted rows and push ups but then I downloaded his excel sheet off his website and it doesn't show that.
