How much extra space does the cable cross-over need to execute the different kind of movements? How many meters are necessary in front of the cable cross-over? My home gym will be located in the basement and my space is a little bit limited.
Here's the photo that you attached:

I'm hardly an expert on everything that can be done using a cable cross machine, but I have used them before and it seems to me that very little space is needed in front of the machine. I would think that you could get away with having only a foot or two of clearance at the front of the machine. If you wanted to put a bench in the middle to perhaps do cable flyes using the low pulleys, you'd need to account for the amount that the bench will protrude from the front. (EDIT: I just looked again at the photo and the fact that you've ordered it with the rack. Those cable flyes could be done with most of the bench inside the rack, thus putting you back to minimal clearance required. You basically just need enough to be able to be able to get inside the thing.)
There are some other types of "compact" cable cross machines which have the cable columns much closer together. That type of machine would need quite a lot more space in front.

i have this exact same setup (which is awesome by the way) And when i do cable cross overs i need atleast 1m infront of me. As i grab the handles then take a step forward then perform the exercise in front of my body (obviously) lol. I am also very restricted with room aswell i have the setup in my main bedroom of a tiny duplex house. When i do cross overs i have to open my wardrobe up to make room for my arms lol.
