I've been here a year and a half now. Actually worked here in 2002 as an intern designer ... and had to come back. Too good of a company to not be a part of it. Plus I love this industry and where it's headed!

This is the #1 priority of the teams around here right now. Actually met on it yesterday and heard that the dev teams and store teams are driving towards this right now. Hopefully you'll see the amount of hard work we're putting into those things around here and try us again!

With a major release like this we are finding kinks daily, but mostly small ones. The great news is that once we find them we can fix pretty fast now because of our new technology. I'll see what I can find out about what happened with your experience today ... sorry to hear that.

Yes. Yes. And Hell Yes! I am all about making sure our loyal/return customers are treated like they should be. We have several thing in the pipeline related to this exact thing. I promise this is something you will see promoted soon. We are not a cell phone company, and want to reward those that have supported the bbcom mission for years!

what others are saying, please reply... a new customer rewards program would be fantastic. For example ive been buying from bb for a year and a half now, ever since i started taking fitness as my priority and im only 18? many users on here are teens if not early 20's, why not keep these customers and reward them for their loyalty? most of probably buy off here like once a month.
To be compleltly honest ive been staying for the good, friendly environment and customer service, but lately it's been slacking, for example my last order has been split, the only thing on order two is shakers bottles, when i go to pick it up in the states it costs me 5 dollars a box, now im not gonna even get the shakers because it costs more to pick it up then their worth. (last time i told them if there is a split order i dont want the remaining items, now i have no shakersI REP BACK
Thank you misc for giving me bed times stories, when ever i get home late, and cant fall asleep

Definitely. We have someone dedicated to just that now and this is something I personally want to see happen so we can rock better gear. Not sure about selling other gyms clothing lines ... I guess it's not out of the question. It'd be cool to get a Temple Gym shirt ... but cooler to actually go there and train!

Repped for green, Im all in for making BB.com a better place to shop. Oh yea... and on that note.. I know you guys have a big overhead and a huge customer base.. But you have become the G N C of online supp shopping... I would LOVE to see daily competitive prices. including (like others say) Loyalty Points or a program.. like a buck spent is a point and 4 points is say equal to a "return shoppers" buck. so after spending 200 bucks the customer gets 50 to spend on their next purchase... not saying these are exact figures.. you could do an 8:1 as opposed to a 4:1 ... but it would just make the buyer feel more involved and give them a goal to strive towards when purchasing from BB.com .. You can use that in your next meeting.. I wont sue
Cop: Hey you know where i can get good steroids
Me: Steroids, i have a new steroid in my car, its a pioneer i think
Cop: nevermind
