Havent posted in a long time and just recenty started really hitting the gym hard because I found a great workout partner who pushed me past my limits. Never did I ever dream i would be able to lift this because im a girl and im not using "supps" to help me until he told me that your mind is your only limitation. So heres my vid of me hittin the 105 dbs the first time. I had him keep his hands on my wrists the whole time because i didnt want to smash my face lol. He helped me on my last 2 reps
Dont give youself limitations ladies because you can do what ever the boys can too! lol
