    My stack & diet

Hi everyone, I just recently started going to the gym ''seriously'' haha and i wanted to share with you about my supplements and diet. Right now i train 5 days a week but in a couple of weeks i will have to reduce it to 3 days because of work. I do an hypertrophy workout. My goal is to bulk but i don't want to be like the guys from WWE lol I weigh 191 lbs, I'm 6ft 2 tall and i have a 16% of body fat. So this is my daily intake:

    - 1 scoop of Optimum Gold Standard 100% Whey Shake first thing when i wake up. (mixed with skimmed milk)
    - An hour after the shake i have a fresh orange juice (with 3 oranges), 2 eggs (just 1 yolk) with 2 slices of cereal bread, and 3 big spoonfuls of greek light yogurt mixed in with a banana & raisins.
    - Right after breakfast I intake an Opti-Men tab and an Optimum Nutrition Fish Oil softgel.
    - About 3 hours after i have lunch where i usually eat pasta, fish, vegetables, red meat or chicken with rice.
    - Right after lunch I intake another Opti-Men tab and an Optimum Nutrition Fish Oil softgel.
    - 20 minutes after lunch i have 3 big spoonfuls of greek light yogurt mixed in with a banana & raisins.
    - 30 minutes before working out i take 2 tabs of Optimum BCAA 1000 Caps and i take 2 more immediately after workout (I just take these on working out days).
    - Then i have another Optimum Gold Standard 100% Whey Shake post-workout (mixed with water) (only on working out days).
    - An hour after that i eat peanut butter, nuts or a tuna sandwich.
    - About 3 hours after i have dinner: breast of chicken or fish both with vegetables.
    - After dinner I intake another Opti-Men tab and an Optimum Nutrition Fish Oil softgel.
    - 20 minutes after dinner i have 2 big spoonfuls of greek light yogurt with some strawberries.
    - And finally just before going to bed i have 1 scoop of Optimum Gold Standard 100% Casein (mixed with skimmed milk).

So that is what im taking right now!
Let me know what you think of it and if you have any better suggestions please let me know
I was also thinking of taking SciVation Xtend for my intra-workout and BSN N.O.-Xplode 2.0 (when would it be the best time to take this last supplement?).

PS: My workout consists on: 10 minutes running, 45 minutes lifting weights, 20 minutes of elliptical trainer and then I stretch (in that order).

Well thanks to all of you who will read this post and let me know what you think! Cya GymFreaks

Hey bro, if you're starting to workout, i wouldnt recommend buying all the supps out there, you might only need, FOOD, WATER and REST.

You can drop the casein and the multiple shakes, eat larger meals. You dont need to eat 6-7 times a day or every 3 hours which is a major myth.
As far as portion sizes you dont really state that, but i suggest you do some more research on your diet.
Drop the BCAA as well and take the fish-oil and multi with food

Philosophies, Macro intake, training , and cardio articles for you to understand and help set up what you need to do before moving forward towards more supplements or advanced workout routines.

Your wasting some money on BCAA's 30 minutes after a meal and taking them post-workout then having a shake then a meal within a 90 minute allotment.

MPS is much greater with larger meals spread further apart:

Depends on calories of you meals, for sure multivitamins and fish oil are a must, but if you meet your protein intakes by eating whole food, you doesnt need to add whey in your diet.

I dont use bcaa personally, i think it is a waste of money, since i get stronger and can recuperate simply with food.
Only thing i use is fishs,multis,pre-workout, plenty of food and water.
