Most of my fat is deposited in my love handles, lower stomach, mid/upper back (right under the scapula and a bit of where the scapula is), and inner thighs.
This is just where I've observed.

Lower abs, love handles, thighs, ass. Back, lower chest. Really everywhere. I'm going to cut until I'm happy, who knows when that'll be, probably single digits. If somebody told me a year ago that I'd be at 17% bodyfat the following, I'd have looked at them like they were crazy, and would have assumed that I'd be more than happy at that level of fat.

Upper stomach area surprisingly holds the least amount of fat for me. It's about equalt ot the fat on my chest.
It's my lower back & butt/upper thighs that's causing me clothing turmoil.
Nothing shrinks at the same pace either. LOL!
So either my waist is too big foe some pants & their loose everywhere else or the waist is loose & their tight in the legs & butt.
