i have been keeping an online journal on another forum for over a year but there seems to be zero activity over there. i find myself lurking over here more and more so i decided to start a journal here instead. i'm coming off a short bulk cycle (6 weeks) and starting a mild cut for summer. i will measure and post up stats tomorrow. please feel free to share advice, motivation, results, etc. thanks.
