okay, here's what i've got: there was some discussion in woodys thread about how we do BB OHP differently so i made a vid today of how i do them. my form is a little off but keep in mind that this was at the end of today's session when i was exhausted and i had just done heavy OHP yesterday so i was pretty tight in the shoulders
anyways, the discussion was how some peeps start at the top ROM and some at the bottom ROM-which do you guys do?225OHP/315B/420S/505D

I just started doing SOHP again last week. I start each rep at the bottom from a dead stop.

Bench - 315 lbs / 125 kg (275 lbs)
Deadlift - 515 lbs / 217.5 kg (480 lbs)
