oh fo sho. i went to college in DC and saw the greatest sh*t ever on the metro. especially during the winter cause you can ride all day for like a buck and the homeless get on to stay warm-full on hot boxed cars with reggae parties, crackheads making bottle meth, people blowing each other, couple mo fo's dressed up like lobsters but with abe lincoln face, etc
it's pretty cool for being pieced together. the rope pull is really bada*s225OHP/315B/420S/505D

thus the horrible cat mess disaster back in august. they are all outside cats now except yoshi cause she's mine and she's a bad*ss. the mouse population in the greater southeast idaho area has diminished rapidly in the last 3 months

I love that conditioning Day Jordan! Tire flips are hard work ... I find that I end up doing something like a sumo dead but with a load of speed to get the damned thing up ... 400lbs is beasting it. Nice touch to superset it with jumping onto it
Really cool homemade prowler as well. Do you push/pull it on grass or on a driveway? Such a great exercise
Strong fcuking delts! Great shoulder session and I'm impressed that your seated press is pretty much the same as your push press. Sick pump with the 45 x 45 klokovs
Laughing at that"Better to wear out than rust out!"

405 felt like butter. srs. mag ort is killing it for me; i don't know if it's the progression or the rep outs or what but it is working very well for me. 500+ by 12/31/14
i like your ROM manipulation plan lol
whoa! thanks for stopping by tuan. our db's jump from 110 to 130 and it used to piss me off til i sacked up and jumped to 130's. now i'm hacked that's as high as they go
thanks andrew. yes, see above. mag ort is definitely doing it's thing
briefly met up with tim. notes in other log
see other log
thanks jj. rows felt great; pulldowns felt weird after doing pullups instead for a long time
sorry to bounce everyone around in here. i accidentally posted here yesterday instead of in team log with matzy. thanks for checking in though.........225OHP/315B/420S/505D

what's up gang? time to get the dust blown off this and post some training again
a few updates:
injury timeline
11/29-torn ACL and meniscus in right knee while skiing
12/15-allograft ACL replacement and meniscus repair via arthroscopic surgery
12/31-start physical therapy
01/24-biking again (fat tire only)
01/30-extension at neutral and flexion at almost 130 degrees
02/07-skiing again (mellow)
02/13-played 9 holes
02/14-skiing again (moderate)
02/18-BW+ squats
current training
i was getting a little burnt on chasing numbers before getting injured. currently running 5/3/1 bodybuilding template to get some size back. the template combines 5/3/1 for the 4 major movements to keep strength and then some hypertrophy for size and shaping
misc
switched from MP to ProMera, new dealership is almost complete and wife kids are great
Cheers my friends!
