M-stak improves muscle hardness, makes you eat alot more, and speeds up protien synthesis.
Not sure about stak- Most people fail in life not because they aim too high and miss, but because they aim too low and hit.

Thx guys. Rapped you both. Sadly I think I bought the wrong one..I bought Animal Stak, im only 21 and don't think I need more test. I ment to buy animal m stak. Oh well, ill return and buy Animal M Stak
