    Ramping Weight Increments

For Billstarr Linear 5x5, at a Interval of 12.5%, with my current max deadlifts at 275x6. I get these numbers for weeks 1.

    Week 1:
    165
    197
    230
    263

Now I want to follow this program to a T, to ensure the best progress. My question applies to all the lifts not just deadlifts, but ill use them as the example. How would I round this up? Im just so used to doing deadlifts like: 135, 185, 225, 265. Would I start my first set at 165 and round everything to the closest 5lb increment?
