I'm about to transition into a TKD bulk within the next few weeks. What are the recommended amounts of carbs for both pre and post-workout? Additionally, what types of carbs should I be focusing on for each? (I.E. whole-grain bread pre-workout and waxy maize post?)

i would say... find an amount of calories for bulk... and figure in around 80-100g carbs. eat these around your workouts. i personally take dextrose only post workout for fast storage.
or you can carb cycle. look at brents keto log. eats low carbs high fat 2 days, then high carbs low fat 1 day... and repeats. moderate protein the entire time.
