I, myself have wide hips. It looks terrible. I just want some pics of motivation so I know that you can still look good even with wide hips. (no homo)

i have the same problem i used to be chubby when i was a kid so idk i guess my body grew wide hips cause im built to hold weight geneticly. but im pretty slim now. i have a lat pic in my bodyspce but i actualy hide the hips i pull my shorts up kinda high so it looks like my hips arent there but there just under my shorts. if i wore them a little lower my hips go back out so instead of looking liek a V i look more like a ) ( realy

I have giagantor hips. its a bitch because even when I was a 9% bodyfat 160 pound teenager I still looked fat in wife beaters because I was so wide.

I have the same shape. I look bad ass with my big shoulders tapering into my narrow waist until it reaches just below my belly button then everything looks like ****. I still have a bit of a belly and love handles but the hips never go away. My waist is really small above my hips and I can see my ribs so I think if I fill it up with more muscle it won't look too bad.
My bone shape is very similar to jcrue11 I think.

I know its a HUGE bump , but the same problem bothers me atm. I have the same bone structure as the guy i quote.
So , even though since i started lifting it got better due to wider lats-shoulders etc , i got a narrow waist till i get to my hips , where
it gets wide again ( Its the bone , not only fat , just the pic from the guy i quote ).
what should one do to reduce this visual effect? I was thinking of building up my core , in order to widen my waist a bit ,
and be more symetrical . Specific - best excersices? advice?
edit: here is a kinda old photo of me: there is fat ofcourse ,but the bones extend to the sides.
