Thanks so much girl. What really made my biceps grow was doing curls with the straight barbell rather than the curved. I also started doing dumbell and hammer curls seated so that I couldnt throw my back into it. I also make sure to challenge myself with heavier weights. One or two reps really count for growth. Skull crushers were key for tris as well

Thanks for this info. I curl with the curved bar and might switch to straight. I'm not happy at all with my bicep development but my triceps kick ass. I only do dips and a machine press down, but I work my tris differently than any other body part and have started working my bis the same way...since now I know what works for me. Hopefully my arms will look like yours one day!
