Getting bigger biceps by doing pushups only?

I don't lift or workout in the gym so I only make use of what I have at home. I only do two type of "strainer" exercise at home and those are push ups and sit Ups.

I was wondering if I can get bigger biceps just by doing 30 push ups a day?

I higly doubt you can get big biceps with 30 pushups a day, or even get a good bicep workout from only doing pushups. i would recommend doing reverse hand pullups which does work out your arms and a part of your back.

Can I do reverse hand pull ups without any expensive training equipment? I was thinking of going to a GYM but I kinda get scare there.

I also don't have anything at home that I can pull my body up.

try using chairs for chest dips, coffee table for tri's. do some one arm bench pushup's using coffee table...there are allot of different body weight exercises you can do but without a chin up bar or some weight and a curling motion to isolate the biceps the answer is more or less no. And why scared of gym ??

Well I went to a Gym for only five days before and I had no idea on what to do first.

There were dumbbells, various machines and so forth but I don't know any workout that will maximize my biceps and triceps muscles.

The role of the biceps in a push up (as a shoulder flexor) is probably extremely limited. It's not an ideal approach to building them since muscles like the pec and anterior delt take over that function.

Are there any personal trainers in that gym? Maybe on can help you, or just ask a random person that looks like they know what they're doing, people seem to help me out when they see me doing something wrong.

I don't want to pay for personal trainers and I guess I can ask someone.

Many of the people in my are quite intimidating.

Join a gym and start a legitimate program. If you insist on staying at home, find somewhere where you can do chinups/pullups.
