Initial Thoughts
Taste: 8/10
The flavor was great, but the texture was a little grainy. Better than most pre-workout shakes. Mixed up great. Also the pills are very easy to swallow.
Energy: 9/10
I was most impressed by how soon I felt it kick-in. Usually takes 20-30 minutes for me to feel anything but i was feeling Body Rush after just 10 minutes. No crash.
Endurance: 8/10
Pretty good endurance, I didn't really get tired at all until I was doing sit-ups. That's great since without a pre I'm tired after my first few sets.
Pump: 8/10
Now, I know they say that arginine actually doesn't help pumps and Force Factor and Body Rush both have arginine in them, but it still managed to give me one hell of a pump. The bicep pump was ridiculous.
Overall: 8.5/10
I was really impressed with the almost immediate energy and crazy bicep pump I got.

Workout #2
Cardio
Today I ran a mile and walked a half-mile. Not to bad since a lot of it was uphill. This is the first time I have ran anything further than a 20 yard hill-sprint in what feels like forever! My cardio is terrible lol. I'm usually unable to motivate myself to do cardio, but today I took some Body Rush and got it done.
Great energy today!

I'm hitting WAY below parallel, I'm literally going down as low as I possibly can. Body Rush supplied a great boost in energy today!
