Love eating Tuna and Salmon, can eat it out of the can everyday if need be, but got told to cut down due to mercury levels in fish?

For fish, find those that are lower on the food chain. They have less time to accumulate mercury and other toxins. Anchovies, smelt and such. As you move up the carnivorous fish chain it becomes worse. So tuna, grouper, shark will end up having a lot of mercury build up.
So yea, not all fish are deadly, just have to be careful.
Also, Salmon are safe. I think it's because of their extremely fast life cycle but I'm not entirely certain on that.*Unaesthetic Crew* Disregard V-Taper, Acquire PRs.
